The Brother UK (BUK) Employee Engagement Toolkit helps employees manage and track their personal development as they grow within the organisation. It aims to bring employees and their Line Managers closer, to be more engaged and more productive through optimised and streamlined procedures, especially when mobile.

Employees can:
* Manage their training applications as they go through the approval process
* Update ongoing training and progress towards completion
* Align post-training development objectives and create an integration plan within the workplace
* Have visibility of their progress towards annual L&D targets
* Upload and view training certificates, as well as manage expiration dates

Additional functionalities for Line Managers, L&D Officers and Community Engagement Officers include:
* Approval of training applications and management of budgetary requirements
